Role Overview: This senior product leadership role leverages all parts of Legion’s platform, from applied AI to next-generation user experiences. You will focus on building delightful products on the platform that deliver intelligent, agentic workflows to define the future of work in the enterprise. This role requires a unique balance of systems thinking, product intuition, and execution rigor. You’ll partner closely across the business, including engineering and design, deployment, customer success, and marketing, to ensure the success of agent-driven solutions from definition to launch and engagement. Due to Government contract requirements, we are only able to hire US citizens or Green Card holders. What you'll bring: 6+ years designing and delivering enterprise products in a Product Management role, especially within large-scale enterprise applications. Hands-on with AI capabilities, having a taste for how it can transform business processes. Success in taking a data-driven approach and delivering impactful business results Proficiency in program/project management, and success in managing complex program/project deliverables across multiple teams Ability to make and represent trade-offs against product, technical, and business needs Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver innovative and impactful products Track record of working closely with customers, partners, listening, and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities - passion for the customer Excellent collaboration skills - leading execution across teams, influencing across organizations Inspiring communication skills - for small teams to executives and larger groups as well BS or MS degree in a technical field preferred, or equivalent work experience How you will lead: Define and lead the vision and strategy for Legion’s enterprise agent/workflow solutions, promoting growth and collaboration between humans and agents Provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements, understanding business goals, defining product end state, and working with both engineering and design in designing delightful experiences and scalable services Champion and evangelize the platform both internally and externally in key stakeholder meetings, product demos, conferences, and public forums Partner with marketing, customer success, and delivery teams to identify reusable product workflows and use cases, as well as optimizations for how we deploy and scale Drive with curiosity and clarity. Be a superuser of the platform, identify rough edges and boundaries, and proactively design for them. Use data, research, and competitive analysis to inform every execution step. Balance high-velocity execution with delightful product experience and architectural rigor, moving from crisp specs to collaboration with engineering on tradeoffs and systemic improvements Operate with extreme ownership by seeing problems before they arise, clarifying ambiguity, and creating momentum that others rally around.
