Few things are more personal than getting dressed, but finding clothing that fits and looks great can be a challenge. Stitch Fix solves that problem. By pairing expert stylists with best-in-class AI and recommendation algorithms, the company leverages its assortment of exclusive and national brands to meet each client's individual tastes and needs, making it convenient for clients to express their personal style without having to spend hours in stores or sifting through endless choices online. Stitch Fix, which was founded in 2011, is headquartered in San Francisco. About the Role Stitch Fix is at the forefront of e-commerce, personalization, and AI. As a Product Manager for our core Fix Experience—our largest business unit—you will shape the future of how clients discover and evolve their personal style. We are looking for a dynamic product leader who operates with high urgency and velocity, capable of turning complex problems into highly personalized, engaging client experiences that drive retention. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Drive Massive Business Impact: Take on a tremendous responsibility for our largest and most critical business unit. The innovation, features, and improvements you launch here will have a direct, significant impact on Stitch Fix's overall company performance. Delivering measurable results at this scale is key. Define the Vision Strategy: Create a compelling strategic narrative, product strategy, and release plan spanning both immediate quarterly goals and a 1-3 year time horizon. Drive Execution with Velocity: Move with high urgency to champion innovative product ideas, taking them from zero to one through deep discovery, customer interviews, prototyping, and rapid iteration. You will adeptly balance investments across breakthrough innovation, core feature improvements, and foundational technical excellence. Manage a Dynamic Portfolio: Balance and deliver on a large, complex portfolio of multiple workstreams, products, and simultaneous feature launches. Lead Cross-Functional Alignment: Foster tight collaboration across Design, Algorithms, Engineering, Merchandising, Marketing, and Operational teams to build solutions that exceed client expectations and drive business growth. Elevate the Product Culture: Work collaboratively across the broader group of Product Managers to foster and act as a role model for a high-performance, inclusive culture. You will actively coach and mentor peers, consistently identifying opportunities to uplevel the product discipline and practices across the organization. We’re excited about you because you have… Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in direct-to-consumer (DTC), retail, or e-commerce. You bring a strong track record of building and scaling subscription-based products, leveraging recommendation systems and personalization to drive customer engagement and retention. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business discipline (MBA is a plus). Masterful Prioritization: You excel at ruthless prioritization, driven by a deep understanding of the client and our business model. You are adept at estimating impact—knowing exactly what is worth building and when to build it—while managing complex teams, interconnected systems, and competing stakeholder objectives to maximize team impact. Strategic Analytical Rigor: You easily extract actionable insights from competing data sources, defining A/B experiments and leveraging statistical data to guide go-forward opportunities. Well-versed in Agile methodologies. Thoughtful Collaboration: You build strong relationships, empower diverse perspectives, and effectively communicate business cases and roadmaps to cross-functional partners and executive leadership. Product Sense: You have a keen eye for UX, working closely with Product Design to craft intuitive, delightful, and customer-centric experiences. Why you'll love working at Stitch Fix... We are a group of bright, kind people who are motivated by challenge. We value integrity, innovation and trust. You’ll bring these characteristics to life in everything you do at Stitch Fix. We cultivate a community of diverse perspectives— all voices are heard and valued. We are an innovative company and leverage our strengths in fashion and tech to disrupt the future of retail. We win as a team, commit to our work, and celebrate grit together because we value strong relationships. We boldly create the future while keeping equity and sustainability at the center of all that we do. We are the owners of our work and are energized by solving problems through a growth mindset lens.
