Location Type: Remote Location: Remote Employment Type: FullTime Department: EPD As a Staff Product Manager at Material Security, you will partner with engineering to lead a team, owning the core product experience. Your mission is to bring end-to-end workflows to life that solve an entire problem for our customers, within the scope of Cloud Workspace Security. It will require understanding of what challenges our customers face, what is technically within reach to solve, and architecting core product concepts to support these workflows in a consistent way. You will use strong product thinking, understanding of the full product suite, and ability to bring teams together to achieve our lofty goals. RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead a cross-functional team of engineering and design to ship product experiences that customers love. - Thoughtfully prioritize to maximize the impact of engineering effort. - Stay hands-on with customers, both internal and external, to keep them happy today, while gaining insight for future ideas. - Generate and shepherd creative ideas, both large and small, that bring value to customers and the business. - Bring curiosity, positivity, and an entrepreneurial approach to each day. Compensation at Material Security is determined by a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience.
