Job Summary We're hiring a Technical Associate Product Manager, Ascend to help shape the next chapter of our fastest-growing product line. The role will support the core Ascend roadmap and day-to-day product execution. You will work with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams to help deliver features, improve platform workflows, and support go-to-market success. This is a hands-on, entry-to-mid PM role with real surface area. You won't be inheriting a mature roadmap and keeping the lights on — you'll be helping define what Ascend becomes. Responsibilities: Support roadmap planning and execution across core Ascend platform initiatives. Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories. Partner with Engineering and Design through discovery, build, launch, and iteration. Help prioritize backlog items based on impact, effort, and business goals. Coordinate cross-functional execution with Product, Data, Commercial, and Customer Success. Track product performance and adoption metrics; surface insights and recommendations. Gather feedback from internal teams and customers to inform feature improvements. Maintain strong product documentation, release notes, and internal enablement materials. Support UAT, rollout readiness, and post-launch follow-up. Qualifications Experience 2+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in product operations, analytics, consulting, or a related role. Strong organizational and execution skills; able to manage multiple workstreams. Comfortable writing requirements and collaborating with technical teams. Data-informed mindset with ability to interpret metrics and turn insights into action. Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proactive, curious, and energized by a high-growth environment where the roadmap evolves quickly. The base salary range for this role is $85,000-$130,000 Where you land within the range will reflect your skills, experience, and location, while keeping team parity in mind and leaving room for future growth.
