Design end-to-end workflows that integrate AI agents with human decision-making, clear handoffs, and feedback loops. Partner cross-functionally to deploy agent-based solutions across internal tools, systems, and platforms. Continuously improve AI performance through experimentation, prompt refinement, model iteration, and data enhancements. Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to senior leaders and stakeholders across the company. Minimum qualifications 5+ years of Product Management experience, with meaningful time spent on consumer-facing products at scale or platform/AI/ML products. Experience shipping AI/ML-powered features to end users — recommendations, personalization, conversational AI, or similar. Strong systems thinking and process design capabilities, with a track record of identifying and optimizing complex workflows. Technical fluency and comfort working with APIs, CLIs, data systems, developer tools, and emerging AI technologies (LLMs, agents, evaluation frameworks). Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear product strategies and executable plans. Strong analytical mindset with experience defining metrics, running experiments, and driving measurable outcomes. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences. Fetch is a consumer rewards app where shoppers scan grocery and retail receipts to earn points, then redeem them for gift cards to brands like Amazon, Target, and Starbucks. The business is funded by CPG brands (Pepsi, General Mills, L'Oreal, and 600+ others) that pay Fetch to surface offers and capture purchase data from its receipt scans. The company has raised $583M+ across multiple rounds (most recently a $240M Series E led by Hamilton Lane in 2022) and runs a flexible work model with offices in Madison, Chicago, Birmingham, and Boston. For PMs, it's a high-volume consumer app with a two-sided business — millions of shoppers on one side, major CPG advertisers on the other.
