Location: Remote Department: Product We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – AI to help define and scale artificial intelligence capabilities across the MIE and Enterprise Health product portfolio. This role will lead the discovery, strategy, and delivery of AI-native capabilities that enhance workflows, automation, and decision support across multiple product domains, including occupational health operations, employer coordination, clinical workflows, and reporting. The Senior Product Manager – AI will partner closely with domain product leads, engineering teams, and customer stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve user experience, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes across multiple product domains. Rather than owning a narrow set of AI features, this role acts as a cross-product capability leader, ensuring AI is embedded thoughtfully, responsibly, and effectively across our platform. The ideal candidate combines strong product strategy, experience shipping AI-enabled software, and the ability to translate emerging AI technologies into practical enterprise workflows. Key Responsibilities AI Product Strategy Discovery ○ Identify high-impact AI use cases tied to customer pain points and strategic priorities ○ Lead structured discovery with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams ○ Translate ambiguous problems into validated product opportunities ○ Define product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for AI initiatives ○ Partner with domain product teams to identify opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve workflows, automation, and decision support. AI Capability Development ○ Define reusable AI capabilities that can be leveraged across multiple product domains ○ Partner with engineering to design scalable AI architecture including orchestration layers, model integrations, and AI-enabled workflows ○ Support development of LLM-driven copilots, automation agents, and intelligent workflow assistance ○ Balance rapid experimentation with production readiness using AI-assisted development techniques Commercialization Adoption ○ Define packaging, positioning, and monetization strategies for AI-powered capabilities ○ Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and GTM on AI strategy and execution ○ Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive adoption and commercial success ○ Establish KPIs tied to usage, performance, and business impact ○ Measure and iterate based on real-world performance ○ Collaborate with domain product leads to ensure AI capabilities are effectively embedded into customer workflows AI Platform Governance ○ Help define the long-term AI capability roadmap for the MIE / Enterprise Health platform ○ Establish standards for responsible AI use including security, privacy, explainability, and compliance ○ Partner with engineering leadership on AI architecture and model governance ○ Ensure AI features operate safely within healthcare and regulated environments ○ Support evaluation of emerging AI technologies and vendors Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s in a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience in SaaS product leadership and AI-driven solutions. Experience: 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software. Demonstrated experience shipping AI / ML-powered features or AI-enabled workflows into production environments. Experience leading cross-functional teams for delivery and go-to-market commercialization. Skills: ○ Strong product discovery and problem framing capabilities ○ Ability to translate technical AI concepts into business value ○ Ability to prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, strategic fit, and ROI ○ Deep understanding of workflow systems and enterprise software ○ Excellent stakeholder alignment and communication skills ○ Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments ○ Strong analytical and outcome-driven mindset ○ Strong emotional intelligence and executive presence ○ Familiarity with modern AI product development including LLMs, AI copilots, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows Certifications: Pragmatic Marketing, Agile / Scrum, and AI / ML certifications are a plus. Preferred Qualifications ○ Experience in healthcare IT or regulated industries ○ Experience working with LLMs, agentic workflows, or AI orchestration platforms ○ Experience prototyping AI-powered workflows using tools such as V0, Replit, or other rapid prototyping platforms ○ Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and privacy considerations ○ Experience monetizing AI features and launching AI-driven products ○ Experience in occupational health, population health, or employer health solutions ○ MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
