As we grow our advertising platform, our Ad Formats team is at the forefront of creating new formats, placements, and quest functionality to enable more ways that users can interact with our offering. The most successful formats are ones that surprise and delight our users, continuing the shift in consumer behavior to trust the ads we put in front of them. As an Ad Formats PM you will be responsible for the consumer experience of how users interact with our advertising product. Additionally, you will help build out ad formats across our measurement, targeting, and ad interface solutions internally. You will have to use your knowledge of gaming, advertising, and industry experience to build new ad experiences at Discord. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
