BUILD LOVE 💜 At Superhuman, we have a deep understanding of how to build products that people love. We incorporate fun and play, infusing magic and joy to create experiences that amaze and delight. It all starts with the right team — a team that deeply cares about values, customers, and each other. CREATE MASSIVE IMPACT 🚀 We're not solving a small problem, nor are we addressing a small market. We're reshaping the fundamentals of how people work. We're combining premium product craft with enterprise-scale capabilities to rethink how individuals and teams should fundamentally collaborate. We are building a household brand and a worldwide organization. We are here to do our best work, and we hope you are too. ROLE 👩🏽‍💻👨‍💻 As a Senior Growth Product Manager, you will drive sustainable and scalable growth across our customer lifecycle — from acquisition and activation to retention and expansion. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy, leading high-impact experiments and building systems that accelerate customer value and revenue. You’ll work cross-functionally with world-class teams to optimize funnel conversion, unlock self-serve revenue opportunities, and scale our B2B PLG engine. - Own the end-to-end PLG growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion. - Identify and prioritize the highest-impact growth opportunities based on data, user insights, and market trends. - Drive fast-paced experimentation to optimize conversion funnels and unlock new revenue opportunities. - Partner with engineering, analytics, PMM, and customer-facing teams to build and iterate on high-performing growth loops. - Lead growth pods to execute roadmap initiatives — with clear ownership over experiment planning, execution, and analysis. - Influence go-to-market strategy, pricing & packaging, and product-led sales efforts through customer insights and experimentation. - Define and track key growth metrics, including activation rates, retention cohorts, LTV/CAC, and expansion revenue. - Use data to surface bottlenecks, test hypotheses, and refine the roadmap to maximize business impact. - Build feedback loops between product and go-to-market teams to continually improve user onboarding and engagement. SOUND LIKE YOU? 🙌 - Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in growth product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or a product-led environment. - You have a proven track record in PLG or self-serve models, with success owning metrics like signup-to-activation, retention, expansion, and LTV/CAC. - End-to-End Growth Strategy Ownership: You connect market insight → PLG roadmap → OKRs. You prioritize the highest-impact bets across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion. You co-author quarterly goals with leadership and revisit them as data shifts. - Experimentation & Learning Mindset: You design statistically sound A/B tests, ship fast iterations, learn aloud, and scale wins. You challenge “we’ve always done it this way” when impact warrants. - Analytical Insight & Data Fluency: You surface “gold spots” in messy funnels, define crisp KPIs, and tell the story behind the numbers. You move seamlessly from SQL/dashboards to stakeholder-ready narratives. - Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution: You rally Design, Eng, Data, PMM, and GTM pods. You clarify scope, trade-offs, and timelines. You coach teams while keeping momentum high. - Stakeholder Influence & Communication: You earn trust up, down, and sideways. You frame decisions, secure buy-in, and navigate change with empathy and clarity. - Velocity & Bias to Action: You turn insight into shipped value quickly. You align fast, unblock teams, and hit timing windows—delivering quality without drag. - Creative Solutioning & Bold Problem Solving: You generate and refine novel growth ideas, test constraints, and find workable alternatives when the “perfect” path isn’t feasible. - Customer Insight & Empathy: You build a deep understanding of customer journeys and pain points. You leverage interviews, usage data, and frontline feedback to surface unmet needs and shape high-impact solutions. You champion the voice of the user in growth strategy and prioritization. - Growth Mindset: You embrace opportunities, welcome feedback, and believe you and others can always grow. - AI Enthusiast: You believe AI will revolutionize how we work and the experiences we create for our customers. Driven by passion and curiosity, you leverage AI to dramatically increase your own productivity and the impact of your team. - You have a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
