Your Mission At Engine, you’ll be at the heart of innovation, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the business travel space. We’re looking for a passionate product manager to drive transformation and deliver seamless shopping and booking experiences that make a measurable impact on our customers and business. What You'll Do Define and Drive Product Strategy Shape a compelling product vision for the search and shop booking journey with flights, hotels, or rental cars. Balance user-centric design with business impact, applying modern product techniques and leveraging emerging technologies like AI for personalized recommendations. Collaborate Across Functions Work closely with engineers, designers, data teams, and business stakeholders to define and deliver features that improve discovery, selection, and booking. Foster inclusive team discussions and champion shared goals across multiple workstreams. Deliver Impactful Solutions Lead the design and rollout of scalable search and shop features that drive conversion, build user confidence, and improve the overall shopping journey. Use Data to Inform Decisions Combine customer research, behavioral insights, and experimentation to guide decision-making and optimize outcomes. Run experiments and continuously test and iterate to ensure our solutions are delivering maximum value. Communicate with Clarity Translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans. Keep teams and stakeholders aligned by telling compelling stories around the “why” behind product priorities and trade-offs. What You’ll Bring to Engine Experience: 8+ years in product management, ideally with experience in travel tech, marketplaces, or booking platforms. Bonus points for experience within the travel space, but not required. Collaboration: Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence across teams and functions. User-Centered Thinking: Deep empathy for users, with a solid understanding of UX principles and the ability to translate customer needs into intuitive solutions. Analytical Approach: Experience using data, experimentation, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and inform roadmap decisions. Compensation Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.
